• Project Manager
  As part of your tour package, Perform International provides you with a project manager to take care of you and your group from the time you depart until you return to your home. On Journeys with Joe tours, your project manager is Krista Montgomery

• Experienced Tour Director
  Along with your project manager, an enthusiastic bilingual tour director travels with you 24 hours a day to make sure things go smoothly every step of the way. Your tour director and project manager plan sightseeing expeditions, conduct spontaneous free-time outings, and offer tips for local restaurants and shopping.
• Experiential learning opportunities
  Learn about the local culture by participating in it, not just by watching it. Let us know your passion, and we will make every effort to arrange an experience that includes your bucket-list activities.
• Meals with local flavor
  Each day starts with a full European breakfast: eggs, ham and sausage; cereal, bread and rolls with butter and jam; an assortment of juices, coffee, tea, or cocoa; yogurt, fruit, cheese or breakfast meat. Lunches  are on your own to explore the local fare. The dinners included in your trip are delicious three-course meals at restaurants known for their atmosphere and regional specialties.

Visits to important monuments and museums are led by a professional guide. Your tour director will also lead occasional walking tours of cultural and popular attractions.   Journeys with Joe tours include superior tourist class hotels with private baths. Most hotels are located in the center of town near public transportation. We research every hotel extensively to ensure it is comfortable, clean and safe.
• Optional travel insurance
  There are hundreds of unforeseen circumstances that could cause you to have to cancel your trip or force you to return home early. Each traveler has the opportunity to purchase travel insurance through Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection. Travel insurance plans provide coverage for trip cancellation, travel interruptions and delays, emergency medical and health expenses, lost baggage, and more.

Our goal is to PLAN, ORGANIZE and MANAGE all aspects of your tour from the very beginning until the last person is home, leaving music directors and group leaders time to do what they do best.

Once contracted, your group will be assigned a project manager who will work you them during the pre-planning until the completion of the tour. With Journeys with Joe tours, your project manager is usually Krista Montgomery.
 

In addition, your project manager will be with your group from the time you arrive at the destination airport until you depart for your return to your home. If you choose to open your tour to singers from throughout the U.S. that means people from multiple locations will be traveling together. Because of that, often airfare is not included in the tour cost so people can book flights from their preferred and closest airport. We can provide individuals with contacts for booking flights who will coordinate arrival and departure times. If you are planning a private tour for your group only, we can assist with flight reservations for groups of 20 or more. As part of your tour package, Perform International manages and handles the following:
